Hey APFanszone crew! We have a massive update for fans of Ridley Scott’s 1979 masterpiece Alien. While the convention circuit regularly features the action-packed cast of Aliens (1986), appearances from the original USCSS Nostromo crew are incredibly rare.
Fortunately, horror legend Veronica Cartwright (Joan Lambert) is hitting the road. She has officially locked in several major convention appearances for Fall 2026.

Veronica Cartwright at Rose City Comic Con 2026
The first major stop on her schedule is Rose City Comic Con in Portland, Oregon.
Please note that the convention line-up recently changed. Tom Skerritt (Captain Dallas) unfortunately had to cancel his appearance due to a scheduling conflict. However, Veronica Cartwright is still 100% confirmed for the entire weekend.
- When: September 11–13, 2026
- Where: Oregon Convention Center — Portland, Oregon
- What to Expect: Veronica will attend all three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). She is available for professional photo ops, table selfies, and autograph signings.
- Tickets: Secure your weekend passes directly on the official Rose City Comic Con.
Upcoming 2026 Horror Conventions
If you cannot make it to the Pacific Northwest, you can still catch the Veronica Cartwright Alien star at two specialized horror events later this autumn.
Colorado Festival of Horror (Denver, CO)
- When: September 18–20, 2026
- The Details: This year’s convention theme is “Clowns vs. Witches.” Veronica is a featured guest celebrating her iconic role in The Witches of Eastwick (1987).

Weekend of Horrors (Cologne, Germany)
The convention announced proudly that this is an absolute must-see for every alien fan! This is Veronica Cartwright’s first ever convention in Germany!!!
- When: October 24–25, 2026
