On the Ground in the UK: apfzone Admin Delivers Live Manchester Comic Con Footage!
The global convention takeovers continue! While part of our crew has been tracking updates across the Atlantic, apfzone is officially on the ground in the UK covering Comic Con Manchester at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre (BEC Arena)!
They didn’t just walk the floor – they went face-to-face with two of the most iconic survival legends in cinematic history. We are absolutely thrilled to bring our community two exclusive, dedicated video drops featuring Carrie Henn and Richard Chaves!

The event will give you an insider’s look right from the heart of the action:

Manchester ComiCon cosplayers and stars
Chatting with Carrie Henn (“Newt” from Aliens)
First up, our admin caught up with Carrie Henn, famously known as the brave, resilient young survivor Newt from James Cameron’s 1986 masterpiece, Aliens.
Seeing Carrie connect with the apfzone community and look back at the cinematic legacy she helped create is an absolute dream come true for our crew. She mostly comes out at night… mostly, but she came out to show major love to our community!
Meeting Richard Chaves (“Poncho” from Predator)
Next, the team deployed straight into the jungle to link up with Richard Chaves – the legendary Poncho from John McTiernan’s action-horror classic Predator (1987)!
Richard was a key part of Dutch’s elite rescue squad, and hearing him talk about being hunted by the ultimate extraterrestrial killer is pure adrenaline. Richard is easily one of the nicest guys you could ever meet, and his energy in our exclusive video is unmatched.
